Christian International Film Festival Melwyn has initiated this project. He is the founder and festival director of CIFF.
Ladakh International Film Festival Melwyn started this film festival in Leh, Ladakh which received much International recognition and attention. He organised the festival for 3 editions. Now it has become a sought after destination for such events. He is now been acknowledged for creating such scope and space there.
